Jean Guichard - Perfumer
Perfumer Jean Guichard
Jean Guichard is the director of the Givaudan Perfumery School and a master perfumer. He grew up in Grasse, France, where his father grew flowers for the fragrance industry. He won the Prix Francois Coty award in 2000. His son Aurélien is also a perfumer. Guichard has worked with a number of fashion design and fragrance houses including Calvin Klein, Fendi, Hermes, and Trussardi.
