Perfumer Carlos Vinals
Carlos Vinals is the VP Senior Perfumer at Symrise in New York City. He is the son of an acclaimed flavorist. He began his career in 1985 as a perfume trainee at IFF, mentored by Carlos Benaim. He worked as a perfumer for Givaudan from 1994 to 2004, and then joined Takasago as a senior perfumer. In 2007 he became VP Perfumer of fine fragrance at Fragrance Resources before joining Symrise in December 2009.
